Good afternoon Bruce. I wanted to let you know about a little incident that happened yesterday with a slab installation at our personal residence.
Front Range arrived on time, as expected. Fine so far. We had a simple drop in sink to be mounted in a slab that they had fabricated. Both the sink and template were on site. The crew cut the hole per the template and lo and behold the hole was too big for the drop in sink. Well, we did some quick research and the template was for the same sink, no guess as to why it didn’t fit. We had the shower glass installers schedule for today and final plumbing Friday. Houston, we have a problem.
Front Range said, no , don’t reschedule the other trades, just yet. The Installers called the shop, as they were on their way to Loveland jobsite where they re-cut it. My wife got a call at 5:15 pm last night to see if it was alright to come over on the return trip to Denver and re-install the piece. They were at the house a little after 6pm and done close to 7pm.
Your character is defined by how you react in adversity. Front Range Stone, from the installation crew to the fabrication team to the shop manager were stellar in their reaction to the problem that they had no control over.
Consequently, it speaks well of you and Carpet Exchange to do business with companies like Front Range Stone.
Just thought you’d like to know their of outstanding service.
By the way, it looks great.
Joseph
