My car was picked up at 6:30PM to be towed to a delear in San Francisco. I was told that the car would be stored overnight and delivered to the delearship in the morning. I started calling next day at 9:00AM to check if the car was there. The car delivery didn't happen until 3:30PM. The woman who answered the phone didn't know where my car was and was very, very rude. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
