I chose the Photography Shoppe to do my wedding photos based on what I saw at a bridal show. Of course, the best photographs were posted on display there and the company seemed too good to be true. IT IS! I used all three services - photography, videography, and DJ for the wedding. I was pleased with the DJ services and have nothing negative to say about them. I was also pleased with my engagement and bridal pictures. However, I still have yet to receive my wedding pictures. There is never an answer to phone calls even though it is during business hours. If you send an e-mail, there is no response either. When I received my highlights video, it was AWESOME. Everyone who watched it was so impressed.....then we got the full coverage video. First, I did not get everything that was written in the contract. The envelope came in the mail with 6 discs. Only one disc contained the reception...and none of the discs seemed to be edited. My entire reception can't even been seen because the one CD that contains the reception does not work. Again, I continue to call and e-mail regularly and never get a response. I have looked up this business on the BBB (should have done this sooner) and found that, not to my surprise, it receives an F. It was a huge mistake to go with this company. Don't let the nice man at the bridal shows fool you...they have very poor service and a very poor product.
