no services, retained deposit, and kept a months rent \r \r This Property Manager does not return calls to the tenant or the owner. When the relationship was terminated she failed to turnover any documentation, keys, claimed to mail certified the tenant information and it never appeared. She had all direct deposit information from commencement of the lease, yet the check was always ""lost in the mail"".\r \r \r Tenants were paying her on the first of the month every month, yet for those rents that she did turnover they were payed an average of 30-45 days late. Tenants also complained of non returned calls, poor service, and false promises.\r \r Check the Maryland Court Records by name of the business and by name of the business owner and heed the very evident warning signs.\r \r Unless you have money to donate, do yourself a favor and hire the kid down the street. You will be better off! more
