The towing itself was fast and convenient...BUT I have called over 5 times (already stopped counting) to get a receipt faxed and they still havent done it. They will say ""I will call you back"" but they never do. I have also been double charged on my credit card and continue to get the ""I will call you back"" comment and continue to wait for my credit.
