I am an employer and today I received a call from Universal Recovery Corp. The lady calling began the call rude and it only got worse. She wouldn't give me any information as to why she wanted the number to my corporate office. If she would have done any reseach (google search etc.) she could have easily obtained what she was looking for. Upon giving her our corporate phone she called me a b#tch and hung up on me. I then called her office back to complain to a supervisor and she wasn't any better. She even asked me if I had a recording of our conversation. I explained to her that you can't record a conversation without consent and that I normally have no reason to record my calls. Very unprofessional company. Just think how they would have treated me if I was the actual target of their call. Unbelievable!!!!!!!!
