I call at 8:30pm for a delivery of a 6"" sub and a 12"" sub. I was quoted a 30-40 minute delivery time. I said no problem. I wait for one hour and called back. They told me that they had a new driver, (ok, i can understand that), he had 3 orders to deliver at one time, (probably too many), and one of the places he was taking an order to gave him the wrong address. Why can't I get my sub before the person that gave him the wrong address? If you have a new employee you should have another driver to compensate for his lack of experience.
