This is a great place to do Yoga. I've found the Yoga instructors are excellent. I haven't tried the Pilates yet, but others seem to like the classes. They have Pilates Mat and Pilates Reformer classes. Usually when you're dealing with Yoga Facilities, you either get great Teachers or Great Facilities. Gyms have showers and childcare and less experienced teachers. Yoga studios often have no showers or Childcare and the facilities are lacking, but the instruction is often superior to Gyms. Powerhouse is an exception to this rule of thumb. While not full childcare, they do have a room up front with limited supervision where independent young ones can play or watch a video. As far as the schedule, Powerhouse is very strong for morning practitioners. Also they have lots of noon classes which are hard to find. The evening lineup is a little sparse - particular if you want to do your workout between work and dinner.
