I immediately found the welcome of the staff to be very friendly. My friend and I were welcomed as if we had been there many times.
I took a great deal of time looking at the selection, meanwhile the staff were patient and very helpful and I never felt rushed. After spending all that time in the store I bought nothing and I left. I returned with my husband and chose a beautiful piece.
Every time I come back to Arizona, (I live in Canada) I make sure to come back to Coffin and Trout to see what's new and have my ring cleaned. I always appreciate how Ed remembers little details of my life that I mentioned in passing and for this I plan on making Coffin and Trout my jeweler forever.
