Unfortunately I went against advice I was given, went to David's Bridal and fell in love with a dress! The sales lady that helped me pick out my dress was wonderful, after that day, nothing but a nightmare. First they measured me, the dress came in and didn't fit, they told me that I should have ordered 4 sizes bigger! They would have loved for me to pay those alteration fees. One more size prolly would have done it, but I assumed they knew what they were doing. They did alterations and added a corset back to the dress, I went to pick it up, it was too big, the dress was lop sided from their 'hemming' and there was a black stain on the dress! There alteration pricing is ridiculous, the alterations ladies are usually rude and the cashier that I had to deal with everytime I was there was rude! The customer care/service there is horrible!
