My cousin was in an accident in my car at around 4:30 in the afternoon. By the time all was said and done it was almost 6 pm. I had dealt with Victory lane in the past and had good experiences both times. When I called the shop to tell them I wanted my car taken there to be repaired the owner, John, he gave me his private cell number and had me give it to the tow truck driver to call him when he got there and he would come down and personally get my car taken care of. The next afternoon I got out to the shop and they helped me contact the other parties insurance company and get me into a rental car and had everything squared away in a very efficent and timely manner. I recieved weekly updates about my car and my car was returned to me on the day promised. I would highly reccommend this shop to anyone. THey make you feel very welcome when you enter their office. Victory Lane made me feel as if I were their number one priority and to me that is what makes a great business! Keep up the good work guys!!
