I was very pleased with the service, my plumber Jesse was very pleasant and answered all my questions. I received free samples of toilet paper from them too. The drains in my bathroom were clogged again for the 4th time, I had just paid almost $200.00 6 months ago to have a smaller plumbing company clear the lines and 3 days later they clogged up again. Roto-Rooter cleared my lines and also gave me a 6 month guarantee, I was so pleased, will definitly recommend them to friends and family.
