I have taken my laptop to 3 different computer shops and I was about to give up on my computer and buy a new one. My computer was a gift and was sentimental to me so I gave it another attempt to get it fixed and called these guys. They did an onsite diagnostics and found exactly what was wrong the first time. The other computer repair places replaced so many different things and charged me so much without fixing the system. It was nice to find someone who found the right problem and fixed it the first time. I was so angry at the other places just swapping out different parts and guessing . It was nice to have a real computer expert.
