We stopped here on vacation because we thought it would be fun. I've done these photos before, and it's always been a pleasant experience, but not this time. The woman who took our photo here was rude and condescending, and took awful photos. Even though there was no one else in the store, she dressed us in ill-fitting clothes that were not authentic looking, rushed us through the pictures, then tried to bully us into buying one of her terrible photos. On top of that, her prices were more expensive than any of the other dozens of similar stores in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
