It's such a shame that the front desk staff ruins the great work done by the doctors and nurse practitioners. Making an appointment is always a painful process. The staff is quick to say they don't have any appointments even before they start looking at the computer. I was told they don't have an opening for 2 months. When you are checked in they review your info loud enough for the whole waiting room to hear. Your social security number, DOB, the reason for your visit, your job, and address. I was there every 2 weeks for 4 months and every 2 weeks I had to review the same information. This process was time consuming and invasive. It pains me to say because my doctor was so good but I will be finding a new practice because of the front desk staff.
