This is the worst towing company you can ever have business with. They are so rude, from dispatch to driver. You can not imagine hw rude they are. The dispatch, she hung up on me several times. I schedule towing and they did not show up on time. I called them and the dispatch told me the driver would be there in 15 minutes, and just hung up on me. i called after 15 minutes because nobody showed up and she rudely told me that it was Friday evening, so how can I expect the driver to be on time. After, 20 minutes of additional waiting, the driver called and said he can not be there in half an hour. Are you kidding me!!! I ended up waiting for an hour. Furthermore, they towed my vehicle. The driver looked he just came from funeral. He hated my questions and was rude saying it is just busy night and can not promise anything to be at the destination on time. He did not want to give me an estimate on when he would deliver my vehicle to the destination.
