I'd think twice before hiring these people. We had a new tub and shower enclosure installed, and a lot of the work was very poorly done. They measured wrong, and the tub ended up not covering the new linoleum floor we had just put in. Their solution? Take the leftover scrap they found in the basement and patch the empty area with it. They said the epoxy they used would fuse the linoleum together and the seam would be invisible. It didn't work out that way. The person who did it rotated the scrap 90 degrees by mistake so the pattern didn't match up, and they ended up having to fill in a few areas in the middle of the floor with tiny strips they cut out, which added additional seams. The epoxy turned yellow and the indentations between the patches turned brown and the result looks horrible.
Another problem we had was the grout in the shower kept cracking, and they replaced it with a different color, so the reworked areas don't match.
The tile work was also sloppy in a couple of places. We had an acrylic baseboard along the floor and instead of cutting off a quarter-inch of it to make room for the tile they were installing, they cut a notch out of the new tile to save time and the result is just pathetic-looking. They also smeared a thick layer of the grouting compound on the ceiling above the shower doors, and when my wife asked about it, the installer told her it ""will just wipe off."" The stuff is like cement and does not just wipe off. It needs to be sanded off and the ceiling repainted.
Just for the record, the job wasn't exactly cheap either, especially considering the poor quality.
