I won a ""free insepection"" of my waterheater from these crooks. Their representative came to my house, and claimed that my water heater was cracked and would explode any minute. He immediately advised me to turn it off, and get it replaced ASAP. Of course, thinking that I would buy one from them. He even had me sign a paper saying that he had warned me that it might explode and I might die!!!!!!!!!
