He talks the talk and walks the walk, but he doesn't finish the job. In fact, you're lucky if you can get him to show up and start. You're dreaming if you think he's going to finish and really going to be disappointed if you think he's going to do what the contract says. Be aware that he will definitely ask for more money, more than once.
He contract with us a few years back and understood we needed everything done in two months - tops. He absolutely promised it would only take a month. Then he didn't show up and when he did actually show, didn't do much work. What he did was lousy, and then he wanted more money to continue. We have spent the last two years fixing his work. DO NOT HIRE HIM!
