Kerstin Hecker of My Indigo Muse, is not only a lovely person, but she is so knowledgeable about how the body functions and what it needs to maintain balance and wellness.
She was referred to me by a colleague that she helped. I never had any type of holistic coaching before and didn't know what to expect. Over the summer I got sick and had to be hospitalized. After that experience I felt terrible and my immune system seemed to be completely shot. Within one month I began to feel better and had more energy than I can remember. Essentially, what you eat will determine the outcome of how your life will be lived. Also, taking the right vitamins and supplements is crucial. I thought I ate ""healthy"" foods only to realize I had no idea what I was doing or putting in my body.
I would suggest that everyone have this experience of being guided towards a healthier lifestyle that is geared specifically for them. It's not about a fad or diet, but, a new way to Incorporate a healthy attitude. Kerstin couldn't be a better person for that purpose!
