If you are expecting the real Hallmark experience, you have come to the wrong place. I am use to being able to enjoy many savings and coupons through the Gold Crown rewards card. This store chooses not to participate in this system that Hallmark has found to create loyal customers. Without these savings, Walmart and other convienient stores can satisfy most customers and it is much more convienient. Oh, don't bother asking the rude lady at the counter if they accept the rewards card. Congradulations! She was the first person in Chillicothe that was rude to me since I moved here almost six months ago. Couldn't rate this store at a negative star, or I would have.
