I bought a set of batteries from these folks about two years ago. I assumed they would last at least five years. (That is what I was told) When I took it back in for service, they told me that the batteries were shot and I needed to buy new ones. When I asked how the batteries could be bad already, I was given a number of rediculous excuses, (think about your car); 1) they got too cold; 2) you hit a bump; 3) they lost their charge; 4) you drove up a hill... Bottom line, they are 4 months out of warrantee, so I get to buy another six batteries at $100.00 + a piece. Not from these guys I won't.
