I am the mother of a kindergartner, and I have witnessed the person who drives for this facility put a child age 5 in the front seat of his vehicle. Also, more than three students in the back seat of a sedan that could only have three seatbelts. As a mother, I know that I would want to know if my child was being allowed to ride in the front seat of a vehicle, where they should never sit until age 12 (it states this right on the car's visor). Also, the children should ALL have booster seats, which they did not.
