DO NOT GET PRISM TV SERVICE 9/23/2010

It all started when we visited the century link store on Sunset/Marks the woman (Ivy) who sold us PRISM TV service told us the install would be 2 hours outside the home and 10 min inside and that was a lie! Actually the install was 5 hours inside the home with an incompetent tech sweating all over our furniture. The service itself is fair, TV is missing some channels and HD that all competitors carry. The claimed 10Mbps internet is really between 4-6Mbps with spikes to 8. Tuesday the cable-box suffered catastrophic failure when calling they said it would be the next morning for repair, Well they never showed up and it has been 48 hours without service we have talked to more than 15 different people, been transferred nearly 50 times, and been lied to 11 times still no repair and no answer as to when. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE i HAVE EVER HAD!!!! more
