I wouldn't reccommend this resturant at all.I saw so many food valition ehile visiting there. the first time I went the buffet line food was all dried out. so I thought I'd give it another chance.again the food on the line was dried out and cold.the chicken fried steak was cold as well as the pork chops and chicken . not once did I see the kitchen help come out to stir or replimish the line. all the food on the line was way below food safety regulation.well in the danger zone to serve to the public. I was told by one manager that the health department alway passes there line. well I don't see how and they must come out at the wrong time.of caorse it's hot when first put on the line which is good. but it seems it's never kept up through the day. the food should be kept fresh until closing.from what I saw on that line food served like that could cause anyone to get sick. luckily I only had the salad bar after I saw what the food on the line looked like. and how it was served.I paid my bill and left. I will never go back to that place again.And the foodservice manager should pay close attention to the food being served. I reccommend the whole staff go to a servsafe class so that they can learn about food service. and if they have already been to the clas they should practice what they were taught and not only take it to get the two point to apply to there health inspection score. the public need to no this. there is to many food valiolation at that place.
