We are very pleased with our interaction with Nancy and WSI in general. We engaged Nancy in cooperation with another firm about five years ago to do a major upgrade of our website. That was a long process. We interviewed a number of consultant organizations and came to the conclusion that the combination of WSI and another firm was the best. We were very happy with the product and had a very good working relationship with Nancy.
At the end of last year we decided to move forward with SEO work. We had talked about it with Nancy previously, but we weren't ready at the time. Now, with the state of economy, we decided it was a good idea. We decided to move forward and have been working on it since November or December of last year. We were very pleased with the relationship we had with them, so we used Nancy again. Thing have been going great.
We are a small firm, with less than 100 people, and we really prize personal relationships in our business interactions. That was a big part of why we went with Nancy, and why we maintain our relationship. It is not just an impersonal business relationship. There is a strong engagement, and we have gotten to know and work well with Nancy and WSI. We prize that very highly.
Of course, all the other metrics were there too. They are very responsive to requests, they are very knowledgeable about what they do, and they are easy to get hold of. The only criticism I would have is that sometimes they give me too much, and I have to slow them down for them to give me no more than bite sized chunks. For people looking for a personal business experience, Nancy and WSI is where to go.
