When I called Bergener & Associates the insurance of the teenager who T-boned denied my claim, EVEN though the police report put him at fault. The adjuster was impossible to contact and when I did talk to her she was mean, rude and completely impossible to reason with.
But Bergener's totally turned that around. In a week the insurance said the accident was all their fault. I could not recommend them more, ESPECIALLY if you're getting jerked around.
