Very poor customer service, the worst experience I've had. I purchased a gift certificate as a birthday gift for a teenage girl whose family is going through a serious medical crisis. I was trying to do something kind for her. She was charged $40 (less than the amount of the gift certificate) for an incomplete style. She was actually told that time was up and she needed to leave. She was upset the second she walked out the door. When she got home she straightened her hair herself.
I visited the salon and asked to speak with her stylist who I won't name here. He wasn't in so I requested a call from him so we could discuss the matter. I received a call back from someone else who only made excuses and was not willing to offer any compromise. I was given excuses from 2 different employees at Salon Krelic, neither of which were the stylist.
I've been in several local Aveda Salons including Reeda Todd and Rain many times and have always received top quality service and styles. This was a huge disappointment for me and I've have to apologize to this girl and her family for the disservice she received.
