After their visit to us to determine the appliance problem, they ordered the needed part; after it arrived, they didn't keep the appointment to install it, and they didn't call to cancel. The same happened for the second appointment. They had come out on a service warranty through American Home Shield but tried to charge over double the agreed service charge for warranty work. Then they wrote ""Deposit"" on the receipt, although we were paying in full (labor and parts); only after I refused to pay unless they changed ""Deposit"" to ""paid in full"" did they write ""paid in full"" on the receipt. I will never again use ""A A-1 Repairs."" Note: They have still not fixed the appliance. Complete lack of customer service and conscientiousness !!!
