Many ppl consigned their jewelry, furniture, art, expensive items, family items because they desperately need money for utilities, etc. & this place ripped everybody off. They took our beloved things and kept them! They gave no one their money. Now they lie and say they ""took over because the owner left the business"" and they don't owe us our $ or our things back, as if, especially when its all the same exact ppl lying, and are now called ""Nevada Auction"" & its the same exact ppl, they seem to think that won't get them sued or arrested for their fraud. They tell ppl who left hundreds of $'s of their beloved items with them that they will get $1 if they come in & get it! As if! Everybody needs to sue them who they ripped off. To steal from the poor is beyond despicable. Everywhere they can be reported they have been, plus filing with the Las Vegas police. Do not ""consign"" anything to anyone at that place you will have it stolen from you. They took our things we loved, only doing it needed money so badly, then padlocked their gates after telling all of us to ""come in at get your money or things"" after having lied ""the check is in the mail."" Las Vegas/Nevada has no consumer protection, no consumer help, no caring whatsoever for ppl ripped off. Don't buy, don't consign, and don't live in Las Vegas. This place is getting sued, and in fact all the tv judge shows are very interested in seeing these liars on tv for what they have done to the poor of Las Vegas.
