This Anusara studio is beautiful, friendly, and focused on the students. Definitely a different world than the commercially focused, scripted yoga classes found in some spots. The people are great, you get lots of individual attention, and the classes range from a martial arts type yoga, to vinyasa, to Yin, to advanced practice, to a basics for beginners. They even hold Dance Dance Party Party sessions on Fridays. Please support this studio!
