You provided a creative and fiscal solution to what I believed was a serious problem. From the valet to the advisor, the PPFW team was exceptional. The valet Kevin was very knowledgeable and he saved Park Place and me several hundred dollars because he knew the Mercedes product lines better than anyone. He pointed out the auxiliary port that already existed in my car. So we didn't have to install an expensive option. The entire Park Place Fort Worth experience exceeded my expectations.
