I have always hed a hard time consistenty working out for long stretches. With the variability of the exercises and the timing of the class, I have been able to keep it up now for almost 6 months without getting bored or frustrated. Courtney is great - so cheery and upbeat even at 5:30 in the morning! I love the the comraderie and the energy from the group that makes me so much more motivated than if was was just running mile after mile by myself.
