The waitress that served us, was extremely rude. We arrived around 6:30pm, only about six tables occupied. We were served our appetizer in a reasonable amount of time. However, we sat there and waited for over an hour (while patrons who came in after us were served their entrees) and did not receive our entree. We asked the waitress if there was an issue with our order and she replied - no, this just how the kitchen works. No apologies were forth coming, or even a comment from her about checking on our order. I told my husband to give it a minute, so he went to the bathroom, still no meal and others were still being served. I motioned to him to get the check and that we're leaving (at that point I wasn't even hungry any more). He asked the waitress for the check. A moment later, she watched one of the staff bring the dinner to our table and said nothing Didn't even come over to the table to ask us if we wanted to stay. We sent the meals away and she came over and dropped the check on our table without a word. My husband asked for change. Again we waited, my husband went to find her and found her sitting in the back, no attempt to get us our change. We will never go back there and are telling all of our friends not to go there
