Horrible experiences are when we pay owners there rental proceeds before the end of the month and a repair comes up and we have to front the money for the property owner and have to wait for the following month to be reimbursed by the rent collected and we do not charge a fee for advancements in repairs. We can not let the tenant wait for the repairs to be done. There is not a set date to when rental proceeds are to be mailed or deposited if this is a concern it should be addressed prior to signing any management agreement.
