Last two oil changes have been a disaster. Oil was spilled on my engine with my minivan. Oil was spilled on the skid plate on my SUV. When I complained I was given a cup of absorbent for my driveway. Both vehicles had to be cleaned. Since the oil on the minivan was spilled over the top of the engine they had to steam clean it. I thought lightning shouldn't strike twice in the same so I took my Jeep back for an oil change. It was a clean job but they refused to honor my coupon because ""the invoice had already been written up."" Smiling faces and customer service seem to have gotten lost over the years. I hope they find it again.
