these asswipes came out to my house w/o confirming i was there. backed their truck up, left their little post it note saying they were there and loaded up my good lawn furniture. when i spoke with the operations manager, he assured me they don't steal. i ask how he could be definitively sure, he wasn't there either. he was sure. it's a neat scam. all my neighbors would of thought it was a legitimate pick up. then after my complaint he still tries to get me to use their services. never. ever.
