I'm a fitness person. I teach Pilates, I teach boot/fitness camps, I've taught Spin and Yoga at YAS (another fab place!) and I've been in the exercise world for over 15 years.
However, I need someone to push me/challenge me/make me accountable too! I got all that and A LOT more at Easy Fitness in the Marina. I started Feb 2010 at 172 pounds & 32% bodyfat. I'm now at 148 pounds & 25% bodyfat. That's in only 7 months. I'm more toned, my arms are looking pretty good, my quads are easier to look at...
The BEST THING: I've learned how to eat properly, how to feel satisfied with food, and also how to re-program my mind about food. HUGE thanks to the EF crew for changing my LIFE!!
