I have been seeing a PT here for a year now. If I was rating my PT, I would have given him 4-5 stars. When I started with him I had chronic back pain, he took the time to listen to me and created routines to help build my core strength. Now I feel much stronger, have more energy, longer stamina and most importantly - no pain. His workouts are challenging and the circuits vary. He hasn't provided me with a diet plan, like other users talked about. I have lost inches, but not as much weight as I would like to have.
