We bought a new zero turn Toro mower from this store, and the customer service was phenomenal. The employee spent a lot of time with us, answered every question we had, and gave us tips to care for the mower. When the mower broke (our fault, not the mower's) the staff fixed it for us while we waited, which is something I would not have expected from such a large chain store. The mower is working great again, and we really appreciate the hard work and excellent customer service provided by the employees. Mario, Rodney, and Mitch could all use a bonus and a promotion, as could the store manager who trains the employees. It is hard to find a store with such great service.
