I rent a house in the Brookeside Area and my gas dryer stopped working. So I made a call to the landlord who owns the dryer, we then made a call to ABLE Appliance repair. The next day I got multiple calls attempting to set up an appointment to fix the dryer. Their persistence was nice to see. The next day John was on time and arrived shortly after calling me, unlike most. John took care of the problem and took the time to walk me through what he was doing and how our dryer worked. He tried all different angles to make sure that it wasn't something small. Later we resolved the problem. Overall my experience with ABLE Appliance is that they are hard working Americans that value their customer and the money that is involved with the repair. ABLE is getting back to the basics practicing good customer service, representing honest people and a driven work ethic. Thanks John!!
