My experience was different on September 24. I went in for a part for my automobile and the young lady proceeded to see if they had the part in stock on their computer. After a few minutes I became doubtful that the part she was giving me was correct because she looked unsure herself. However, she insisted that it was the correct part. I took the car to my mechanic and indeed it was the incorrect part. I had to make a second trip to this store to exchange the part. In my opinion, this young lady not only needs to become more knowledgeable in the area of auto parts, but also customer service because she was slightly rude. Not impressed.
