We recently had our family dog get very sick. She stopped eating, diarhea, and vomiting. We took her in to Banfield. They did an exam, some blood work, and a fecal exam. They then explained that the test they had done did not give them any answers to the cause of her sickness. That was to the tune of almost 400.00 dollars. I spoke with them on the phone 3 days later and explained she was no better. They were suppose to talk to the doctor and get back to me. (That never happened.) A week later we took our dog to another vet who did a fecal exam, blood work, and x-rays. They found that her white blood count was 37(way to high), liver enzymes were off, and she had an enlarged liver. They kept her 2 nights while giving her IV fluids and antibiotics. All of this was done for 400.00. The same price as Banfield. Unfortunately our Macy was took sick by this time and did not make it. I hope this review will help save another pet and your pocket books.
