Re: earlier review. I don't expect them to cheerfully handle prepaid packages for which they receive zero profit. Their profit margins are tight. But, there's no reason to have attitude either, especially if there is other business being done there. And, in their defense, they really do have a shortage of space there. I would want to allocate space for boxes (regardless how light) to my paying customers too, if it were me.
