Professional staff???? Customer service???? Nothing the store has! This is just a money making scheme. Staff are not trained to deal with customers and satisfaction is not their guarantee. They just want to get the job done...in a crappy way, get paid and that's it. They are the only flooring company and ADA and they are taking advantage of it. I wish some other store would open who has some sense of professionalism.
