I'd like to start by saying how unprofessionally you respond to negative posts. Your salon management/social media rep clearly lacks professionalism and maturity. I am also now NOT surprised at how many negative comments you have received about the people manning your front desk. Prior to this evening, with the exception of the front desk being ignorant and incompetent, I managed to ignore it due to the talent of your sylists and colorists. What's funny, is that even the talent in the salon comment regularly on the incompetence of your front desk. \r
Melissa, your greeter, was dumb enough to complain about me while I was in within hearing distance. I approached her and said, "I've heard everything you said about me." She stared at me blankly. I was told there was no manager. I pushed back and then she recanted and said there is a manager but she was not there. I asked for her phone number. Melissa proceeded to give me the salon's number. Really? I told Melissa that I would call back. I
