Pleased with everything about my visit except the ending. My fiance gave your staff my dental insurance card when she was there a couple weeks before me. They told her the cleanings were covered by my plan, so I switched to you because I was fully covered. When I was checking out your staff said they had made a mistake and that I actually had to pay $150 to get my teeth cleaned. If they made the mistake why would I be the one to pay for it??? I also had x-rays done 6 months prior at another dentist in Round Rock. Your staff was informed of this, yet they took x-rays again causing my bill to go up. Normally I wouldn't have cared because it should have been covered at 100%. My fiance has called twice to get this taken care of. Your office is not returning any of her calls. If my credit card is not credited for the amount charged in the next week, I will be filing a complaint with the better business bereau and my fiance will also be leaving your practice.
