Worst Customer Service Ever,
i called on Tuesday August 31st and made appointment for a City of Colfax Required Video inspection and emailed them the whole city ordinance along with requirements and instructions to complete the job. Spoke with the owner to verify again it can be done.
i was quoted a price and brought a check for payment on the spot. made an appointment also with the city inspector so he would be there as well at the same time.
Today the inspector and i showed up, Express sewer DID NOT SHOW UP!!!, i called them from the property and they said it was out of their Scope of work. to clarify. he really meant the quote on the price of the job was not enough to make them happy... As a Real Business Owner and having many job orders to follow, most would have showed up , Honored the Quote and made up for it on ALL jobs in the future as the Whole town of Colfax needs this inspection.
Therefore I CANNOT recommend any future service from the company as they have showed bad business practice!!!
as a local Board Member I will be sure to get the word out.
