i had a facial, and a massage, in one day. i honestly think i could have done a better job on the facial myself. as for the massage, i needed it badly for physical issues i have. the massage itself didn't last long, and the woman seemed distracted. i wouldn't pay what i did for this and actually go again. i do think, though, that with improvement in customer service, and competence, the staff could do a much better job than they did that day. perhaps it was just a bad day?
