First, the quality of cleaning done by the ladies that came to my home was outstanding. Although they were nearly an hour late (life happens) they were polite, courteous, and did great work.
My issue, however, is with the management and the sales process. Having never used this company before, and having been burned by others, I carefully asked Pam (the lady on the phone) to explain the charge. $40 an hour, for a 2 person crew. I asked specifically if this was $40 PER person or for the total crew. I was informed it was for the crew.
Imagine my surprise and disappointment when told after the cleaning that it was $40 PER person. Double what I had quoted.
I complained directly to Matt, the owner, via email and received no comment, no apology, no explanation.
Great work. Deceptive sales process. There are lots of good companies in town. This one, sadly, is not one of them.
Know going in that they don't stand behind their promises. So disappointing.
